Where do you deliver to and how long will delivery take?
We ship internationally, worldwide, using our network of different couriers and postal services depending on the country of delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country; We aim to deliver all parcels within 2-14 days.
Where is my order?
To keep you updated on the progress of your order and its current status, you will receive automatic tracking updates via your registered email address. If your order has been shipped and you have not yet received an update or tracking number, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you.
How can I return my order?
If you no longer need the item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the product is unused. Contact us here and we will instruct you on how to begin the return process.

Can I make a bank transfer?
If you choose to pay by advance bank transfer, the order will be kept on hold and will be processed only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank to Essenza's current account.
The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
